Pricing

Do you include sales tax / VAT in your pricing?
  • For our UK customers, all prices on the website are shown including VAT.
  • For our USA customers on our local store us.yopandtom.com, sales tax may be applied in the checkout process.
  • For our customers from other delivery regions, local taxes such as duties and VAT may apply upon delivery.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

We have a no-nonsense 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. You’ll also need the order number, receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at contact@yopandtom.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping

What is your shipping policy?

We offer shipping to the UK only from this website. Orders from £35 receive free standard shipping for mainland addresses.

If express shipping is available for your address, it will appear as an option once your address is entered. If no express shipping option shows, it is not available for that address.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent once the parcel has been shipped.

What is the estimated time of delivery?

Digital products like gift cards are shipped immediately via email.

For physical products, we ship items as soon as possible after the order is placed. You will receive a tracking number in your confirmation email and an estimated delivery date at checkout.

We only fulfil orders during normal workdays, so orders placed at the weekend are handled on Monday.

Do you deliver to Europe?

We do not currently deliver to Europe due to tax and customs issues.

Do you deliver to Canada?

You can find a selection of our catalogue on Amazon.com.

Can you please add my country to the list for shipping?

If you would like your country added in future, email us at contact@yopandtom.com with the country you need. We track demand as we expand delivery.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We do everything we can to make sure your item arrives in perfect condition. If something arrives damaged, contact us at contact@yopandtom.com and we will help resolve it as soon as possible.
