    We post from the UK with Royal Mail, and you will get a tracking email once it is on its way.

    Standard — £4.50 (free on UK mainland orders of £35 and over)
    Royal Mail tracked 48-hour service. Usually arrives in 1–2 working days after dispatch. Order before 2pm on a working day and we dispatch the same day.

    Express — £7.50
    Royal Mail tracked 24-hour service. Your order is prioritized on our dispatch queue and leaves on the faster service. Same-day dispatch when you order before 2pm on a working day. Choose Express when you want your parcel sooner; it is not same-day delivery to your door.

    We are closed at the weekend. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, go out on Monday.

    Returns
    You have 30 days from your order to tell us if you would like to send something back. Email contact@yopandtom.com with your order number before you post it. Items need to be unused and in the condition they arrived.
