Pricing

For our UK customers, all prices on the website are shown including VAT. For our customers from the USA, sales tax may be added after you visit the cart page.

Returns

We have a no-nonsense 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. You’ll also need the order number, receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@yopandtom.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping

Due to Brexit, we have unfortunately discontinued our deliveries to countries in the EU. If you would like to stock Yop & Tom products in your retail store, please contact us on contact@yopandtom.com

Right now, we do not deliver to Canada from this website, but you can find us soon on Amazon.ca to place your order.

If you would like your country to be added in future, please leave us a note on contact@yopandtom.com with the desired country. We plan to expand our delivery capabilities in future so it's helpful for us to keep track of the demand.

Shipping Time

It is our policy to ship items as soon as possible after the order is placed. After placing an order you will receive a tracking number in your confirmation email.

For the UK, you can choose the following options:

Standard Shipping (UK)

UK-bound parcels purchased with standard shipping are sent with a 48-hour tracked service. Orders are shipped out the next working day after the order is placed. Standard Shipping is free for UK orders of £30 GBP or over.

Express Shipping (£5 per shipment)

If you choose Express shipping, the parcel will be shipped with a 24-hour tracked service. You can track your order during transit and orders will usually be shipped out on the same day if the order is placed before 2pm on a working day.

For the USA, we ship domestically to 46 States (Contiguous USA) with the following options:

Standard FedEx Domestic (3-7 Days)

This service ships domestically from our warehouse in Houston, Texas. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days and arrive within 2-5 days. Standard shipping is free for USA orders of $40 USD or more. This is a tracked service. 

Express Fedex 2Day (2-4 days)

This service ships domestically from our warehouse in Houston, Texas.If you choose Express shipping, parcels will be shipped out on a priority basis and are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day and arrive within 2-4 days. Orders placed during the weekend may take a little longer, depending on where in the USA you are based. This is a tracked service.

Please inspect your order when you receive your parcel and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and help. Please email us on contact@yopandtom.com and send us a picture of the issue. Please do not worry, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee which means we will do everything in our power to resolve this for you as soon as possible.
