Domestic (UK) Shipping

It is our policy to ship out all orders the next working day after the order has been received. After placing an order you will receive a tracking number in your confirmation email.

You can choose the following options:

Standard Shipping (UK)

UK-bound parcels purchased with standard shipping are sent with a 48-hour tracked service. Orders are shipped out the next working day after the order is placed. Standard Shipping is free for UK orders of £30 or over.

Express Shipping (£5 per shipment)

If you choose Express shipping the parcel will be shipped with a 24-hour tracked service. You can track your order during transit and orders will usually be shipped out on the same day if the order is placed before 2pm on a working day.

International Shipping

Due to Brexit we have temporarily disabled our deliveries to countries in mainland Europe, but we are working on a solution and will update this page as soon as we have more information.

Right now, we do not deliver to USA or Canada from this website, but we expect to enable fast local shipping in Canada and USA later this year. If you live in the USA, you can find us already on Amazon.com to place your order.

If you would like your country to be added in future, please leave us a note on contact@yopandtom.com with the desired country. We plan to expand our delivery capabilities in future so it's helpful for us to keep track of the demand.


Yes, all prices on the website are shown including VAT.


We have a no-nonsense 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. You’ll also need the order number, receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@yopandtom.com. We can send you a return shipping label if required. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order when you receive your parcel and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and help. Please email us on contact@yopandtom.com and send us a picture of the issue. Please do not worry, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee which means we will do everything in our power to resolve this for you as soon as possible.
