  • For our UK customers, all prices on the website are shown including VAT.
  • For our USA customers on our local store us.yopandtom.com sales tax may be applied in the checkout process.
  • For our customers from other delivery regions, local taxes such as duties and VAT may apply upon delivery.


We have a no-nonsense 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. You’ll also need the order number, receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@yopandtom.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For UK orders please order by 19th of December for standard delivery and 20th December for Express delivery. For European orders, please order by the 15th of December. 

We offer shipping to the UK and Europe from this site. Orders from £35 receive free standard shipping for mainland addresses.

If express shipping is available for your address, it will appear as an option once your address is entered. If no express shipping option shows, it is not available for that address.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent once the parcel has been shipped.

Yes, for most locations. Please note that parcels will be shipped on a DDU basis, so your order may be applicable to local taxes upon arrival.

Right now, we do not deliver to Canada from this website, but you can find a limited selection of our catalogue on Amazon Canada

If you would like your country to be added in future, please leave us a note on contact@yopandtom.com with the desired country. We plan to expand our delivery capabilities in future so it's helpful for us to keep track of the demand.

Digital products like gift cards are shipped immediately via email.

For physical products, it is our policy to ship items as soon as possible after the order is placed. After placing an order you will receive a tracking number in your confirmation email.

You will receive an estimated delivery date in the checkout process.

We only fulfil orders during normal workdays, so orders placed in the weekend will be handled on Monday.

We try to do everything we can to make sure your item arrives in perfect condition. However, if you do receive a product which is damaged in some way, please don't worry.
